The full story
Terra Below Zero is an Arctic survival game set around an isolated weather station. A former web designer directs the work and tests the results while Claude Code implements the Godot 4.7 game. The maker reports 807 of 811 commits co-authored by Claude.
Two Claude Code sessions build features and a third reviews their work. The maker checks animations frame by frame and reports 128 automated checks tested with deliberately planted bugs. Claude-written Blender scripts help prepare character assets, and the terrain uses Norwegian Polar Institute Svalbard data.
The shared trailer shows work in progress. A three-day demo is being developed, but the maker explicitly says it is not playable yet.
