The full story
A tool that translates the Linux release of Portal 2 into C (about 125,000 functions) and compiles it to native ARM64, with no emulator, Wine or Rosetta. Claude Code wrote the code while the poster set direction and tested on their own devices; Codex was used as a reviewer.
A playable room took two days, which Claude had guessed would take many months. It runs on an iPhone 15 Pro Max with touch controls, and co-op works over a LAN. The poster later replaced OpenGL with a direct D3D9 to Metal path. The repo contains no game files, so you need your own copy.
