The full story
My Earth Toy began as a parent’s attempt to make screen time more exploratory. Without a coding background, the maker described ideas to Claude Code and tested each result with their children.
The latest shared version includes more than 830 landmarks, 470 animals, rideable vehicles, day and night, quizzes and a daily landmark puzzle. The maker credits Claude Code with Opus 5.5 and describes ongoing updates driven by family and visitor feedback. The app can be tried without an account, with sign-up for the fuller experience, and remains a work in progress.
