The full story
Yuru-chara Creator turns words or a drawing into a talking mascot. Its Norrie example starts from a collaborator's hand-drawn character, then uses Claude Code to build SVG parts and a Blender-based 3D version.
The project separates conversation, drawing and review across Claude calls. New character generation requires the local maker process to be running; otherwise it uses the closest sample. The repository shows working example screens but still marks some features and public-demo links as awaiting verification.
