Eye Simulation explores human and animal vision in 3D
Claude wrote an interactive browser model while the maker chose species, researched anatomy and tested the behaviour. Missing published values are labelled estimates.

The full story
Eye Simulation lets visitors choose a human or animal eye, change its anatomy and explore how the model represents its view of the world. A 3D cutaway labels eye structures and explains their roles.
Claude wrote the HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including Three.js for the eyes. The maker directed design and research, selected animals and settings, checked values against published studies and tested the behaviour. When no published value was available, the app labels it as an estimate. It is an interactive educational model rather than a clinically validated vision test.
