Clozure Common Lisp reimplemented in Swift
An implementation of Clozure Common Lisp in and on Swift 6, with a graphical REPL and live system browser, still rough in places.
The full story
The poster built an implementation of Clozure Common Lisp in Swift 6, using Claude. Working features include a live Smalltalk-like System Browser that can edit variables, a graphical REPL with syntax highlighting and inspector popups, a full CLOS implementation with most of the MOP, and conditions and restarts.
It is described as rough around the edges: the format and loop implementations are incomplete, and the poster says loop was far harder than expected. A demo video is linked.
