The full story
While building an AI robot companion on an NVIDIA Jetson Nano, the maker found that the Arducam IMX708 camera had no driver support at all for JetPack 6.2. Kernel driver development wasn't their expertise and they don't program in C, so they worked with Claude Code (Opus 4.5) over SSH.
Claude iterated on terminal output, kernel source and build errors as they came in, and debugged device tree overlays and kernel module problems. The finished driver was open sourced on GitHub.
