The full story
A demo from ProtoFlow, a PCB design tool, in which Claude designed a 60-part handheld console board around an ESP32-S3 from a single prompt: a 2.4-inch screen header, D-pad and buttons, speaker amplifier, microSD and USB-C battery charging. It took about 17 minutes, with every net routed and no KiCad design-rule errors.
The board has not been built or tested. The video says the hands, printed case and game footage are AI-generated illustrations; only the layout and 3D render are real tool output.
