The full story
The poster set up monitoring for a home lab covering the network, mini PCs, Eero wireless and a Plex server. It sends a daily email on how things look, including Plex backups, and also reports sports scores and weather.
The design follows the Boston T subway map, with cards for each system and NOC, 2D and 3D views. Whatever is playing on Plex appears on a drive-in screen. The code is on GitHub.
