The full story
The poster plays games with a Twitch stream running in the background and wanted only the voices. Claude Opus wrote a Rust app that isolates voices from audio streams, filtering out soundtracks and effects. It worked very well out of the box.
The CLI version uses about 1-2% CPU and 15-30 MB of RAM on a Ryzen 5 7500F. There are CLI, portable and installer versions for Windows and Linux, though the poster could not test Linux.
