A first PCB for a Pico 2 and e-paper display designed by Claude
A first-time maker had Claude design a Raspberry Pi Pico 2 board with an e-paper display and four buttons through a KiCad MCP, with no manual edits.

The full story
Earlier attempts with Opus models failed: they got component orientation wrong and did no proper routing. Trying again with a newer model, the poster set two rules: no manual edits or checking of the board, and every problem before manufacturing to be solved by Claude.
The prompt asked for a board with an RP2350 Pico, four buttons and a 1.54 inch e-paper display, the same size as the display, with I2C and spare GPIO, using the KiCad MCP. The excerpt of the post does not show how the manufactured board turned out.
