The full story
All of the owner's homelab sites route through one subdomain, which for years showed a plain "OK" page for uptime checks, with Traefik directing traffic internally. Bored and with Claude usage to spare, they made a fake IIS welcome page to show there instead.
They packaged it as a ready-to-use Docker container and published it.
