A Caribbean pirate RPG in a single HTML file
A non-programmer described a Stick RPG-style pirate game to Claude one request at a time, ending as one 380KB file with no asset files.

The full story
The maker wanted a Stick RPG-style game set in the 1715 Caribbean and, not writing game code, described it to Claude one request at a time. It became a top-down pixel RPG with six ports, tavern duels, real-time sea battles, a plantation and questlines.
There are no asset files: sprites are drawn in code, the music is a small sequencer and the sounds are synthesised in the browser, all in one 380KB HTML file. After each change Claude loaded the game in a headless browser, played the new feature and checked screenshots, catching real bugs such as a sail-speed setting that blanked the battle screen.
