The full story
A 15-year-old who spends 8 to 10 hours a day on screens noticed dry eyes, headaches and fatigue, the signs of digital eye strain that affect about 7 in 10 computer users. Finding most ergonomic advice generic, she built an interactive vision simulator with Claude Code, plain JavaScript and CSS filters, showing how different vision conditions look.
