The full story
The poster lost their Nvidia Shield remote and had even ordered a replacement when they asked Claude to trigger the remote's find-my-remote feature. Claude checked what was exposed in Home Assistant, worked out how to run the right ADB command, and when that did not work, found the remote locator package and ran it directly.
The remote started beeping and they found it deep in the back of the sofa. Claude then offered to make a script so it could be done again easily next time.
